All Sales Are Final
All purchases from The Smut Coven are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations and do not provide refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, personal preference, book selection, or other buyer-related reasons.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, photographs, condition information, sizes, quantities, and order details before completing your purchase.
Pre-Loved Books
Many books sold by The Smut Coven are pre-loved and may show signs of previous ownership.
This may include normal shelf wear, cover or spine wear, creases, page discoloration, remainder marks, stickers, small marks, or other signs of age and previous use.
We make every reasonable effort to inspect our books and accurately describe their condition.
Normal wear consistent with the item's description and listed condition is not considered damage or a defect.
Mystery Book Boxes
All Mystery Book Box sales are final.
Because the surprise selection is part of the product, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided based on the books, authors, covers, titles, or other selections received.
Please review the Mystery Box description and available genre or preference options before ordering.
Bookish Merchandise
All bookish merchandise is final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and other product information before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at:

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Please do not discard the product or shipping packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
