Many books sold by The Smut Coven are pre-loved.

Pre-loved books may show signs of age or previous ownership, including shelf wear, creasing, cover or spine wear, page discoloration, stickers, remainder marks, small markings, or similar imperfections.

We make reasonable efforts to inspect products and accurately represent their condition through descriptions and photographs.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screens, and devices.

Normal wear that is consistent with the product description and listed condition is not considered a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, and condition information before purchasing.

4. Mystery Book Boxes

Mystery Book Boxes contain surprise selections.

By purchasing a Mystery Book Box, you acknowledge that the exact titles, authors, editions, covers, or other contents may not be disclosed before purchase.

Preferences submitted during ordering are considered when possible but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Personal dislike of a selected book, author, cover, edition, or other surprise item does not constitute a product defect.

Mystery Book Box purchases are final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product-description errors, inventory errors, or other inaccuracies.

If an obvious pricing or inventory error affects an order, we may contact you regarding the issue and, where legally permitted, cancel or correct the affected portion of the order and provide any required refund.

Discounts and promotional offers may have separate terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
